Hiking with some friends in the Verwall, one of my most beloved areas in the Alpes. We´ve been there just for four days, but I found surprisingly a lot of time for drawing. Click images for larger view.
Swimming in a small lake near the Kaltenberghütte.
Walking up to the Krachelspitze (2.686 m) and the Kaltenbergsee („Cold-Mountain-Lake“). Swimming inside the lake we´ve realized that the name is quite realistic.
View to Scheibler (2.978 m), Kuchenspitze (3.148 m) and Patteriol (3.058 m) – just before descending to Konstanzer Hütte, the next sleeping place.
Hiking around the Patteriol. An a bit steep ascent and nice views to the rest of some glaciers. And not to forget: again a small lake near Wannenjöchli (2.633 m) before sleeping at Neue Heilbronner Hütte.
Some horses enjoying the sun, while we enjoyed some Austrian drinks and food at the Kops-Stausee (1.809 m).
